Our story

Cattle that live life the sustainable way.

At Neverdun Farms our cattle graze lush pastures with plenty of space to roam, as a herd naturally should. We rotationally graze year round; in winter the cows get free-choice hay or baleage we harvested ourselves, plus a forage mix of rye grasses and clover.

Our cattle are never given growth hormones, never fed animal by-products or medicated feeds, and no animal meant for food is ever given antibiotics. The herd is mainly commercial Angus composites, with bulls from registered Angus or Hereford bloodlines.

In 2013, after 31 years in civil construction, our father decided to make a go of cattle ranching full time. When the pandemic exposed the supply chain, he had an idea: a state-certified processing facility built out of shipping containers — so we could sell our own beef straight to our neighbors, and other South Carolina producers could too.
